Trauma-informed Yoga

Trauma is stored in the body. Getting in touch with it and talking about it is therapeutic, but to truly release trapped trauma and stuck energies, we work with our body to reset and restore the mind. Trusting in the oneness of body and mind, we are passionate in providing guidance to body-mind holistic healing – movements, use of sounds, breath work, etc are great ways to release trauma to true healing.
