Trauma-informed Yoga
Trauma is stored in the body. Getting in touch with it and talking about it is therapeutic, but to truly release trapped trauma and stuck energies, we work with our body to reset and restore the mind.
Trusting in the oneness of body and mind, we are passionate in providing somatic yoga to assist your healing journey – somatic yoga is trauma-informed, gentle, and in your own pace.
You do not need to have any prior experience in yoga practice.
We provide yoga guidance on a 1 on 1 basis or mini group s (up to 3 people, please drop a message to inquire).
