Individual Counselling
We adopt a person-centered approach in counselling, always starting where you are. We provide counselling in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Sessions attract Medicare rebate.
Trauma-focused EMDR
Traumatic experiences, if processed, negatively affect our coping mechanisms, intimate and interpersonal relationships, and our physical and emotional health. We provide EMDR therapy to help you with unresolved experiences.. Sessions attract Medicare rebate.
Trauma-informed Yoga
When it comes to trauma healing and restoring emotional well-being, a body-mind holistic healing approach is far more effective than only talking about an issue. We provide body-oriented interventions, such as yoga techniques, breathing methods, movement and sound healing.
Clinical Supervision
In HealingLand we adopt a reflective approach for in-depth personal growth and professional development for fellow counsellors and social workers.
Mindfulness workshops, Talks, Groups
& Special Events
We offer personal growth groups, expressive arts self-exploration groups, talks and seminars on well-being topics, and occasional mindfulness workshops.
Connection is healing.

Prolonged disconnection to self and others casts detriment to our body and mind (and of course relationships!).
As human beings, we have a need to connect and reconnect to the nature, to our inner self, to the others, and to something greater than us – values, meaning, purpose, the universe and/or God.
In HealingLand we found our calling in our own experience – healing through grounding and rooting into the land beneath us and the waters surrounding us, walking under the trees, across the grass and deep into the mountains.
These connections bring safety, trust, calmness and serenity deep inside our heart.
And they push away darkness, doubt, fear and worry.
We want to bring you this revitalizing experience by providing not only conventional talking therapy, but taking care of your holistic needs – neurologically, physiologically, emotionally and psycho-socially – by utilizing different modalities in our work, such as “walk and talk”, grounding and releasing, experiential change, mindfulness and body work, use of sounds and scents etc.
