Mindfulness Experiential Workshop
Mindfulness is not going blank in mind, nor being static. Mindfulness is the constant practice of bringing ourselves back to what is happening – the here-and-now moment, instead of staying in the past or future.
Researches have shown incredible benefits of mindfulness on physical health, mental wellness, emotional regulation, cognitive functioning and engagement in life. In HealingLand we provide in-session practices and home practice guide for you to experience mindfulness in an ever deepening way.
Special Events
We organize special events and workshops every now and then - such as Mindful Walk in the Creek and Mindful Lunch. Our most demanded and re-run workshop is "5 Senses in bread-baking". We are also collaborating with a renown photographer and planning a "Mindfulness in Photos" workshop in the near future.
Groups
We organize Couple Relationship Enhancement Groups and Self-exploration Personal Growth Groups a few times a year - keep an eye on our promotion!
